At Mace Engineering Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship Your Return

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
